Whether you’re an experienced healthcare worker looking to expand your medical skillset or want to begin a new career working closely with cardiovascular patients, enrolling in the Electrocardiogram ECG Technician program is the first step in the right direction. This 300-hour program prepares students for a career in cardiac monitoring and telemetry as an ECG technician or ECG technologist. You will be introduced to keyboarding, electronic patient records and record keeping, patient assessment, basic medical terminology, anatomy and physiology of the cardiovascular system, the cardiac conduction system, and 12-lead ECG acquisition and rhythm interpretation, as well as holter monitoring, telemetry monitoring, stress testing, and artificial pacemaker evaluations. You’ll be able to acquire your BLS certification during the program and be fully prepared to take the National Certified ECG Technician (CET) examination.
All sales are final. Cancellation of complete course will result in forfeiting the course and payments made. Cancellation of single class will postpone completion of the course until the class canceled is completed. Classes must be completed in the order presented and can not be skipped.
